Maison In'Ona is the new brand of GP Pays Basque: a grouping of producers of the Espelette Chilli Pepper. Maison In'Ona was born from the envy to share at all the multiple declensions of the Espelette Chilli pepper's flavours.


Come to discover and rediscover :

- the inevitable PDO Espelette chilli (plain dry and powder)
- seasoning, sauces and condiments including an Espelette chilli artisan mustard and BBQ sauce.
- Cooking aids like the Espelette Chilli “purée” and pasta.
- The sweet and soft flavours of Espelette chilli pepper with the jam, “compote” and jelly
- And an organic range will be also available.





Throughout your visit, you will find recipes on base of the Espelette chilli pepper for every product of the range.

GP Pays Basque was born from the grouping of several producers of PDO Espelette chilli pepper who wanted to market their products beyond the borders of Pays Basque and offer to consumers wherever they are, the possibility to provide Espelette chilli pepper.





GP Pays Basque is established in Ainhoa in the South West of France near the Spanish border. It is located in the area of PDO Espelette chilli pepper which includes 10 villages : Ainhoa, Cambo-les-Bains, Espelette, Halsou, Itxassou, Jatxou, Larressore, St Pée sur Nivelle, Souraïde and Ustaritz.
